Oral History: Helen Wynne

This 2007 interview of Crawfordsville born Helen Wynne is part of the Montgomery County Historical Society's Oral History Project and is a delightful conversation with a lovely lady who reflects on her growing up on Vernon Court when Lew Wallace resided in what we now call the Elston Home on East Pike and Helen Smith resided in Lane Place. She recalls the innocence of the times and describes Crawfordsville as, “an interesting place to grow up and a charming place to live.” Enjoy!
